The writer is not wrong, as I am sure the arguments he suggests are ones that are brought up in board rooms and legal departments everyday, however it saddens me to think that we need government to make people do the right things. 		<description><![CDATA[Facebook is a simple site, white background, not much clutter and pretty easy to get around. The ease of the design is part of its success, at least in my humble opinion.
