I can tell you that I know, from inside sources and cannot reveal who. That there are some large companies out there who should be moving into the accessible space because of the Target suit - But then again, it is just rumor and who knows. One day I hope though! It's simply not good enough that we as an industry can't seem to get accessibility right without legislation forcing us to it. As you outline it is certainly not for lack of good reasons.
